Terms & Conditions
New Accounts must submit a retail certificate with initial order;
Opening orders start at minimum of one case per SKU;
Payment options: Checks, ACH, Wire Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express;
All orders are non-returnable;
Prices are subject to change without notice;
Out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder unless otherwise requested;
MAP pricing policy is strictly enforced. Violators will have their accounts terminated.
Internet and Co-op Sales
Buyers shall not, without prior written authorization, sell Sysler merchandise on the Internet, through eBay or any other internet auction site, or through co-op or group sale. Sysler shall have the right to suspend deliveries and may terminate current and all other contracts with the buyer in the event of any unauthorized sales. Sysler is under no obligation to permit buyers to sell via the Internet. However, if Sysler authorizes such sales, the buyer may not use Sysler® trademarks or images of Sysler merchandise without Sysler's prior written approval. Buyers who are authorized to use Sysler® trademarks or images of Sysler merchandise must be sanctioned as determined solely by Sysler.
