FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will my order be shipped?

We pack your items within 24 hours of placing your order and ship it out within 2 business days. Occasionally, if an item is temporarily out of stock, we will email you to let you know. Temporarily out-of-stock items will usually be shipped out within 60 days.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We partner with UPS, FedEx and USPS for all of our orders. We will email you the carrier and the tracking number once we ship the order.

How can I qualify for free shipping?

We are glad to offer free shipping year-round for any order amount greater than $40 (before taxes). Certain promotions might offer free shipping for orders less than $40 depending on the terms of the sales event.

Do you sell your products internationally?

Yes! Currently, we ship to Canada in addition to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, military and air force bases.) We are planning to ship to more countries in the near future. Join our mailing list to stay informed!

How can I return or exchange a product?

If you're not happy for any reason, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days after order delivery. Simply email us at orders@sysler.com and include your original order details with the email title ORDER RETURN. Once approved, you can ship it within 14 days. Note: You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Do you have a retail shop?

No. We do not own a physical store, nor are the products sold at our corporate office. You can buy through our online store directly or from other retailers that sell Sysler products.

Where are your products made?

Sysler products are designed in the USA. Most of our products are responsibly made in China and a few are made in the USA or elsewhere. Please refer to the packaging of each product. Our final products are thoroughly inspected to pass all quality, safety, responsibility, and importing certifications.

Do you have a warranty on your products?

Yes. Our limited warranty guarantees that our products will be free from manufacturing defects. If you have a problem with your Sysler purchase, please contact us at customerservice@sysler.com. We stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Do you have a loyalty membership program?

We're planning that part! Our membership program will be called "Syslovers". The registration page is coming soon. Through Syslovers, you can collect points and redeem them for discounted Sysler purchases at certain levels. Please subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates.

Do you customize products for corporate purchases?

It depends on which products you would like customized. Each customized purchase is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact a Sysler representative at sales@sysler.com to assist you.

Do you have special discounts for large orders?

If your order amount is greater than $1,000.00 before taxes and fees, please email us at orders@sysler.com for a one-time group discount code. Otherwise, if there is a current promotion, it will be displayed on our homepage banner. 

I hear you offer graphic design and/or product design services, is that true?

Yes that's absolutely correct, we provide design services to individuals and companies all the time. if you have an idea and need our help, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
