RETURN POLICY

Returns

If you purchased a product on Sysler.com and feel that it just isn't right for you, please email us at orders@sysler.com to begin the return. Satisfaction is guaranteed on all Sysler products purchased directly from Sysler.com. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. So, if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 30-day from the date of delivery for a full refund.

 

Please be sure to obtain an RMA number and ship the returned items within 14 days upon authorization. Please clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in the package being refused or cause delays in processing the refund. Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS) that provides services to track shipments.

PLEASE NOTE: FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE.  

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund of your original order less the return shipping charges, if applicable, will be sent to you through your original payment method within 14 business days. 

 

Unfortunately, Sysler cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retailers. If you purchased your product at a retail store, please return it there.

If you are experiencing any issues with the use of a product purchased on Sysler.com, please email customerservice@sysler.com or call 1-800-390-6837 for an exchange or repair.
