Where we ship
UNITED STATES (48 CONTIGUOUS STATES)
Sysler takes pride in shipping your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Most orders will be shipped out the next business day. The cost for shipping will be calculated automatically based on the shipping class you choose, the weight and size of the package, and your address. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days after they are placed. We ship all orders in the continental US via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
HAWAII, ALASKA, US VIRGIN ISLANDS, PUERTO RICO, GUAM and MILITARY/AIR FORCE BASE CUSTOMERS
Your order will ship via UPS or FedEx from our facilities but may transfer to United States Postal Service (USPS) while on route. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
CANADA
The handling time of international orders is typically 2-3 business days. We use UPS, FedEx or USPS as the U.S. origin carriers and your package may route to your local carriers when it arrives in your country. The cost for shipping will be calculated automatically based on the shipping class you choose, the weight and size of the package, and your address.
Shipping procedures
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the carrier's name and tracking number.
SHIPPING IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES
So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items that ship from the same location are usually grouped together. However, there are times when your products may ship separately resulting in different delivery dates. Our shipping confirmation emails will keep you updated on the status of all your shipments.
DELIVERING YOUR PACKAGE
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. Currently, we do not offer shipping on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Most items are available to ship within 2 business days after processing your order unless the item is temporarily out of stock or otherwise noted. Your order may be delayed if your shipping address can't be verified successfully with the carrier, or that is different from your billing address. We use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information.
PACKAGING HANDLING
We will quality check your shipment to make sure the packaging gives enough protection to your items during transportation. Upon delivery, please check your package carefully and report any damage as soon as possible. If there is any damage caused by shipping and handling, we will exchange the damaged item(s) for a new one at no fee.
